Los más pequeños del Unami se impusieron en el Torneo «El Botas», celebrado en San Lorenzo, tras ganar todos los partidos y dar una lección de buen juego.
Las andaduras comenzaban frente al San Cristóbal B, al que vencieron por goleada 5-1, pero no iba a ser la única. El juego fluía y los goles llegaban, el equipo estuvo de dulce todo el torneo. El Claret C no tuvo mayor suerte, y cayó derrotado ante nuestros azulitos por 6-0. Para concluir la fase de grupos, el Unami apabulló a la Gª Segoviana para situarse líder indiscutible de la fase de grupos y coger billete directo a cuartos.
En los cuartos esperaba San Lorenzo, dispuesto a dar guerra y terminar con las ilusiones de nuestros pequeños, pero otra goleada por 5-0 ponía al Unami en semifinales y con el cartel de favorito para alzarse con el título.
Y el pronóstico fue certero, pues tras pasar con facilidad a la final tras vencer al Monteresma por 5-1, aguardaba un último rival combatiente, el Claret A. Todos tenían ganas de ganar, pero fueron nuestros futuritos del Unami quienes fuesen tocados con una varita, logrando imponrse en la final por 6-3.
