El Unami Club Polideportivo quiere reconocer públicamente su labor ejercida durante este comienzo de temporada al frente del equipo que milita en Primera División Nacional de Baloncesto Femenino y agradecerle su compromiso con el Club y la sección de baloncesto. 

La Coordinadora de Baloncesto del Club, Esther Muñiz, regresará al cargo de la primera plantilla, puesto que ya militó la temporada pasada cuando las jugadoras continuaban en la categoría Senior Provincial. 

La decisión de Mauro Martín de ceder su puesto como entrenador del equipo fue tomada ayer, durante el entrenamiento, tras una charla con las jugadoras de la plantilla. La elección fue tomada para el beneficio del equipo con el objetivo de mejorar la situación, los resultados y recuperar la ilusión generada al principio de la temporada por competir en Primera División Nacional.

Mauro deja al equipo en 11ª posición en liga tras cosechar 3 derrotas en los 3 encuentros realizados, con un balance de 128 puntos a favor por 206 en contra.

El cargo lo suplirá Esther Muñiz, quien ya sabe lo que es estar al frente del primer equipo de baloncesto femenino, hasta que se firme el compromiso con un nuevo entrenador. La directiva ya esta tramitando las gestiones desde que se conoció la decisión para la incorporación de dicho ‘míster’.

con la labor de remontar el vuelo del equipo en Primera División Nacional y estabilizar al equipo logrando sus primeras victorias.
